Registration closed on November 20, 2015, at 9:00 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time.
Roles to access the CMS Enterprise Identity Management (EIDM) system for DBidS were archived on July 8, 2016. Round 1 2017 registered EIDM users will not be able to update e-mail addresses or make other changes in EIDM for the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program. EIDM User IDs will still be available for suppliers to register for other applications and for the next round of competitive bidding.
Please contact the CBIC customer service center at 877-577-5331 between 9 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time, Monday through Friday to make the following changes.
- Updates to e-mail addresses
- Changes or removal of roles (authorized official (AO), backup authorized official (BAO), end user (EU))
- Change a phone number for an AO, BAO, or EU
