BIDDING IS NOW CLOSED
All bids for the Round 1 Rebid of the DMEPOS Competitive Bidding Program must have been submitted in the online DMEPOS Bidding System (DBidS) by 9 p.m. prevailing Eastern Time on Monday, December 21, 2009. The Request for Bids does not permit suppliers to alter or amend their bids after the close of bidding. All required hardcopy documents that must be included as part of the bid package must have been postmarked by the United States Postal Service or received by a representative or agent of a commercial courier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, etc.) by 11:59 p.m. on December 21, 2009. Any hardcopy documents postmarked after this date will not be accepted, with the exception of any documents requested by the CBIC as part of the Covered Document Review Process.
